The University of the Philippines Junior Marketing Association (UP JMA) cordially invites you to play in the 2012 UP JMA Invitational Cup at the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club in Antipolo, Rizal on August 13, Monday. Registration starts at 6:00 A.M. and the tournament kicks off with a shotgun start at 7:30 A.M.
The 2012 UP JMA Invitational Cup will feature an 18-hole golf tournament, special raffles, and a culminating lunch and awards ceremony for friends and family of our players, as well as the members of the organization. Players also have the chance to win a brand new 2-seater Texas Eagle golf cart and other exciting prizes.
An entertaining and wholesome family affair, this endeavor is for the benefit of UP JMA’s two beneficiaries. K.I.D.S. (Kids Integrated Development Through Schooling) supports the education of 35 elementary and high school students. The UP JMA Scholarship Fund meanwhile supports four university students from the College of Business Administration.

We can offer you a P300 discount per head for that big a group.
So if you register before the 5th you can get tickets as low as P2500.
What is a Texas Eage golf card?
I’m so sorry a typographical error was overlooked. It’s actually a 2 seater Texas Eagle golf cart.
Match play is the original and puerst form of golf competition. In match play two players play against each other hole by the hole, for 18 holes usually. A player wins a hole by having the lowest score on that hole. If the players tie their scores then the hole is halved The player winning the most holes in the match, wins the match. Rules are a little different than stroke’ play which is simply adding all your strokes for the stipulated round. Golf courses can be any par really, par for a hole is determined by how many strokes an expert would need to reach the green and 2 more for putts. Example a 150 yard hole would be a par 3 while a 550 yard hole would be a par 5. In your local library there are many good books that can describe all of this in detail. It is the greatest game in the world, learn and enjoy it.
Considering it includes the golf cart and lunch that’s actually not bad. No fee San Mig? :p

Yes, this is open to the public and our rates (PER PLAYER) are as follows:
-Early Bird Rate (registering on or before August 5): Php 2,800.00
-Regular Rate (registering after August 5, including walk-ins): Php 3,000.00
*Forest Hills members get a discount of Php 1,000.00 off.
So depending on when your group registers and whether any of you are Forest Hill members, the rate for 3 players will vary.
Rates are inclusive of green fee, golf cart, caddy, snacks, lunch, and giveaways.
