2013 GolfPH Annual Tournament A Success

With a perfect weather, a splendid golf course to play at and an impressive attendance of golf enthusiasts, GolfPH has once again set the notch a little higher as we successfully held our 2nd Annual “Partee at the Greens” Tournament last Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the amazing Wack-Wack Golf & Country Club.

The air was filled with excitement and anticipation as players started to flock the registration in as early as 6:30AM. It was a euphoric moment to see approximately a hundred players, old and new faces alike, gather together to share their passion for the game of golf.

The players were all thrilled and eager to tee-off, but to overcome the famous West Course of Wack-Wack Golf proved to be a not-so easy task. This all-weather championship course surely didn’t let the players finish out without a good fight. The challenging terrains and well-laid traps and hazards definitely made the game more fun and challenging.

After their game, everyone was invited at the West Side Grill Room for a brief cocktail party where they were given the opportunity to network with their fellow golfers, mingle with our sponsors and of course, enjoy free beers and chips. Afterwards, the players were treated to a sumptuous feast courtesy of Via Mare.

Lastly, the tournament winners were announced and great prizes were given away to lucky players who participated in the event. Thanks to the generosity and support of our sponsors and event partners, nobody went home empty-handed.
