Golf may sometimes be a monotonous game where you see the same fairway design one hole after another, resulting in your using the same club combinations again and again. But not the ones in this golf club! With its rolling hills and winding brooks, Valley Golf prides itself in having golf courses worthy of champions. The greens here are composed of only the best Tifton grass, ensuring players of a first-class golfing experience.
Facilities
The Club amenities include a driving range for pre-game practice, a pro shop for the latest golfing equipment, tee houses and cabanas as rest stops, and men’s and ladies locker rooms for freshening up afterwards. There are also function rooms available for meetings, parties, and the like.
How to Play at Valley Golf & Country Club in Rizal
The club has two courses. The South Course is private, so guests must be accompanied by a member in order to play. On the other hand, the Executive Course is open to non-members and tourists. Reservations are required in order to play in both courses, during weekends and holidays.
How to Get There
Located in the suburbs of Metro Manila, the course is around a quarter of an hour away from Makati City, the business capital of the Philippines. The best way to get there would be through private transportation and hotel or car rentals.
Accommodations
Hotels in Mandaluyong City such as the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Holiday Inn Galleria Manila, Discovery Suites, The Linden Suites, and The Richmonde Hotel, are highly recommended.

Unless you are going to play with a member you will not be allowed on the South Course of Valley. They have two 18 hole courses there and playing rights will be given on the Executive Course only.
Having said that, the executive course has improved greatly over the years and Valley keep it well maintained. It’s definitely the less busy of the two courses and a round of golf can be fairly quick and trouble free in terms of course traffic, particularly at the weekends. If you just want to play a practice round of golf, put into practice what you have learnt from a recent golf lesson, then this is the ideal course for that.
