Valley Golf Course Description

Among the recognized Clubs and golf courses in Antipolo, Rizal is the venerable Valley Golf and Country Club. Established in 1958 and officially opened in 1961, the 6988 yards, Jas H. Scott designed South Course, is not only one of the Philippines most beautiful facilities, but one of the most challenging as well. The prestigious club has played host to some of the nation’s biggest events including The Philippine Open in 1975, 1983, and 1991 as well as the XVIth Asian Games in 1991.

Now at 36 holes, the North Course also a very challenging and hilly par 72 while short in total yards, is deceptively difficult. Both courses majestically wend their way through the hills and valleys of Manila’s neighboring province of Rizal. Fairways are narrow and treelined with mahoganies, flame trees, acacias and many others providing a breathtaking natural setting. The South Course has Zoysia Matrella greens and Zoysia Japonica fairways, while the North maintains Zoysia Japonica greens and traditional native grass fairways.

In addition to great golf, facilities include two world class clubhouses for members and their guests to enjoy as well as an open to the public Driving Range. In all, there are 3 main dining facilities, 4 tee houses, swimming pool, sauna and massage, pro shop, and function rooms (capable of hosting large wedding parties and after golf functions).

Valley Golf and Country Club Access

The South Course is exclusive to Club Members and their Guests only. No unaccompanied guests will have access to the course or Clubhouse.

The North Course, with the exception of weekend and holiday mornings in which an accompanying member is also required for access, is open to the unaccompanied guests with payment of prescribed green fee.
