HOW DO I GET THERE?
As of the moment, there are no direct flights from Manila going to Sapporo. Below are options that you can choose from in order to get there:
There are a lot of direct flights from Manila going to Tokyo. It will take around 6 hours by plane to get in there. Daily flights by Philippine Airlines, Japan Airlines, Delta, Jestar and ANA are always available. Then going to Hokkaido from Tokyo is another 2 hours by a domestic plane. Domestic airlines such as Air Do, Jestar, Vanilla Air and Peach Airlines offer cheap domestic flights.
Another option is the JR Rail Pass which will take you 7-8 hours from Tokyo going to Sapporo. JR Tokyo Station to JR Sgin going to Hakodate Hokuto Station will take 4 hours and 2 mins. From JR Shin- Hakodate Hokuto Station going to JR Sapporo Station is another 3 hours and 24 minutes. Last option to consider is to take a flight going to Taipei via China Airlines or Philippine Airlines then have the connecting flight going to Sapporo.
